Patrushev Konstantin Eduardovich was born on April 20, 1969 in the city of Elista of the Republic of Kalmykia.

Education

In 1986 he graduated from high school No. 3. In the same year he entered the Moscow Automobile and Road Institute in Moscow. In 1992 he graduated with honors and received a diploma in the specialty: cars and automotive economy.

Career

• From November 1992 to January 2000 he worked as the director of Rarus LLP.
• Since 2000, he worked in the Security Service of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an adjutant.
• On February 5, 2002, he was accepted as the chief specialist in the service of presidential assistants, then the Head of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
• On November 15, 2007, by Order of the Head of the Administration of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia No. 424, the class rank "Referent of the State Civil Service of the Russian Federation of Class 1" was assigned.
• On November 23, 2010, according to the decree of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia, he headed the Office for the Development of Electronic Government.

Appointment of the Minister of Digital Development

By a decree of the Head of the Republic of Kalmykia of January 9, 2019, Konstantin Patrushev was appointed Minister of Digital Development of the Republic.

Prior to this, he headed the Department for the Development of Electronic Government, which from January 1, 2019 was transformed into the Ministry of Digital Development of the Republic of Kalmykia.

According to the regulation, the Ministry of Digital Development performs the functions of developing the state policy of the republic, regulatory legal regulation and management of state property in the field of digital development, information and communication technologies and communications, the development of electronic government and the provision of public services in electronic form.

As Konstantin Patrushev told the D-Russia.ru publication, the priority tasks facing the ministry and the minister personally include helping the authorities in the implementation of the digital transformation of sectors of the economy, including within the framework of national projects, the development of communications infrastructure in the republic, as well as the formation of the personnel potential of the republic in key areas in the field of information technology. Special attention is planned to be paid to the transformation of agriculture and culture, Patrushev added.
