Implementation of the module PIT of the solution RS-Securities in International Financial Club company approaches end

The R-Style Softlab company completes the project on implementation of the module "NDFL" which is a part of the software package RS-Securities, in JSC JSB International Financial Club (IFC bank).

JSB IFC takes the 18th place in the rating of "The most reliable of 100 largest Russian banks" according to the Profil magazine. The bank constantly develops and improves the IT infrastructure, placing emphasis on the individualized solutions thanks to which it is possible to lower load of internal divisions.

Within this practice representatives of credit institution made the decision on automation of work with taxes on income of individuals. By search of vendor a choice was made for benefit of R-Style Softlab company. Long successful cooperation of bank and company as a result of which the block of transactions with securities was automated and later a number of different completions is executed, became the main argument for benefit of R-Style Softlab.

After studying of a procedure of payments of the PIT on transactions with securities and formations of the corresponding reporting of bank for automation of these technology processes within the RS-Securities V.6 system, specialists of the company started project implementation.

As a result the bank received the module "NDFL" intended for calculation of an income tax which are at bank on broker service on securities and derivative tools and concerning which the bank performs functions of the tax agent. Calculation of a tax is implemented in a system according to 23 Chapter of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Separate transactions for calculation of tax base and for tax withholding are provided in the module. The amounts used when calculating tax base remain a system in the form of special objects — a tax income and expenses. These objects can be browsed and edited thanks to what control of correctness of calculations becomes simpler. For more convenient submission of this information also in the module different reports, in particular, tax registers form.

The module PIT was installed at the working stand of bank at the beginning of 2012 and can be used for the solution of the current tasks. The remaining questions and requirements to functionality of the module are solved specialists of a support service of R-Style Softlab company.

End of the Project
