1976–1979 — the doctor of the Leningrad station of emergency medical service;

1979–1981 — the doctor-surgeon of medical sanitary station hospital No. 7 P. O. Kirov Plant, Leningrad;

1981–1983 — the clinical intern of department of out-patient diagnostics and therapy of tumors of scientific research institute of oncology of I.I. Petrov of MZ USSR, Leningrad;

1983–1995 — the endoscopist of Medsanchasti No. 7 hospital of OJSC Kirov Plant, St. Petersburg;

1995–1999 — the vice rector for clinical work of the St. Petersburg Medical Academy for Post-Graduate Education of the Russian Ministry of Health;

1999–2007 — the Chief physician of SPB City Pokrovsk Hospital State Healthcare Institution.

Since September, 2007 "The St. Petersburg Medical Academy for Post-Graduate Education of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation" fulfills till present duties of the rector of State educational institution of additional professional education.

The doctor of medical sciences, is awarded with a medal of 300 years of St. Petersburg, Saint Daniel of Moscow's award of ROC.
