For the purpose of automation and process optimization of customer relations the software product "BIT:CRM 8" was selected from Business-Dialog law firm Main delivery.

The company renders such services as:

• Statements, references from the USRLE, the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs;

• Statements from EGRP;

• Legal addresses;

• Opening / closing of checking accounts in Banks of St. Petersburg;

• Registration of the CR;

• Printings, stamps, business cards.

Using the implemented configuration it was succeeded to automate the solution of the following tasks:

• The organizations of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees, personification of service and address work with clients;

• Control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts;

• Sales plannings and works with clients and also control of execution of such plans;

• Ensuring succession of work with the client, identification of the reasons of outflow of clients;

• Standardization of document flow and providing reliable operational and analytical information to participants of process.
