Description
In May, 2010 by forces of specialists of firm – the franchisee "1C: Accounting and Trade" (BIT) in Vodokanal-Invest-Consulting company was implemented the software product "BIT:CRM 8" the Main delivery.
The configuration is intended for increase in efficiency of sales by automation and process optimization of customer relations. Use of this system allows to obtain versatile operational information about a status of the customer base, volume and structure of sales, to organize the loyalty program, to control and adjust work of sales and other services.
The implemented system allowed to solve the following problems:
- the organization of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees, personification of service and address work with clients;
- control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts;
- sales planning and works with clients and also control of execution of such plans.
As required specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) give to the customer consulting and methodical support. The Vodokanal-Invest-Consulting company is created on July 4, 2001. The main objective of the company — rendering professional consulting services for water utilities of Russia, promoting increase in their efficiency and quality of work.
