Description

For the purpose of automation and process optimization of customer relations the software product "BIT:CRM 8 Main delivery" was selected from Avtopak-Neva company.

The Avtopak (Avtomobilnaya upakovka LLC) company is the company specializing in trade in protective materials which are necessary at a maintenance and repair of cars. Today the company is ready to offer disposable polyethylene capes on seats, protection for a wheel, rugs protective for inside of the car, and bags for wheels.

Using the implemented configuration it was succeeded to automate the solution of the following tasks:

  • The organizations of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees, personification of service and address work with clients;

  • Control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts;

  • Sales plannings and works with clients and also control of execution of such plans;

  • Ensuring succession of work with the client, identification of the reasons of outflow of clients;

  • Standardization of document flow and providing reliable operational and analytical information to participants of process.

The main functionality of the program are:

  • Registration of events during the work with clients;

  • Registration of appeals to the company concerning products or services;

  • Registration of any characteristics of clients and/or contact persons of clients;

  • Organization and holding polls of clients;
