Description

For the purpose of automation and process optimization of customer relations the software product "BIT:CRM 8" was selected from Sovplim company. A field of activity — production and delivery of the filtroventilyatsionny, welding and warehouse equipment.

The program allows such solves problems as:

• The organizations of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees, personification of service and address work with clients;

• Control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts;

• Sales plannings and works with clients and also control of execution of such plans;

• Ensuring succession of work with the client, identification of the reasons of outflow of clients;

• Standardization of document flow and providing reliable operational and analytical information to participants of process.
