Description
For the purpose of automation and process optimization of customer relations the software product "BIT:CRM 8 Main delivery" was selected from Techno of VIT company. The company successfully works more than 10 years at domestic market of Russia, in the CIS countries and foreign countries, specializing in sales of the equipment for the food, pharmaceutical, biochemical industry, construction, agro-industrial complex and farms.
Enters a profile of the company also services in design, production and installation of the food equipment and production production lines.
The program automated the solution of such tasks as:
- The organization of process of work with clients by calls accounting and contacts of clients with employees, personification of service and address work with clients;
- Control of use of the funds allocated for carrying out marketing efforts;
- Sales planning and works with clients and also control of execution of such plans;
- Ensuring succession of work with the client, identification of the reasons of outflow of clients;
- Standardization of document flow and providing reliable operational and analytical information to participants of process.
Besides, functionality of the program allows to automate such events as:
- Registration of events during the work with clients;
- Registration of appeals to the company concerning products or services;
- Registration of any characteristics of clients and/or contact persons of clients;
