The Russian representative office of "Sperian Protection" completes the project of automation of operational accounting

1C: Accounting and Trade The company (BITS) completed implementation of software products "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" in the Russian representative office "Sperian Protection".

Goal

Earlier operational accounting and cost accounting of the sold products in the Russian representative office were not automated. It was difficult to manage pricing, there was a regrading in warehouses. Orders of buyers were processed slowly. There was no opportunity to quickly control settlement with buyers and to estimate the current financial status of the company.

The management of the enterprise made the decision on automation of activity based on the solutions "1C:Enterprise 8". For the organization of build process of orders and increase in service rate of clients the 1C: Trade Management 8 system, and for conducting regulated accounting, cost accounting of sales and accounts receivable management - 1C: Accounting 8 was selected. The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) became the partner in implementation.

Solution

During the project the following areas were automated:

• Sales management;
• Customer relationship management;
• Inventory management;
• Purchase management;
• Cash management.

Main project deliverables

The mechanisms of inventory management implemented in a system and purchases helped to reduce considerably an assembly time of customer orders, emergence of regradings is excluded. Service rate of buyers increased twice.

Thanks to the sales management mechanisms implemented in the 1C: Trade Management 8 program, there was an opportunity to monitor the statuses of accomplishment of orders, to save the history of orders and preferences of the client.

Automation of cost accounting helped to calculate products sales prices quickly. The management receives reports on cost value and financial results of activity at any moment that allows to manage quickly profitability of sales, receivables, to reveal the most profitable areas of work (protective clothes and footwear, individual protection equipment).

Labor costs were considerably reduced by conducting accounting, tax and management accounting.

Olga Galaktionova, the chief accountant of Sperian Protection company, noted: "As a result of product introduction of 1C: Accounting 8 and 1C: Trade Management 8 we managed to reduce receivables and to implement automatic cost accounting. Considerably the number of the transactions executed manually decreased, labor productivity of accountant officers, settlement departments, a warehouse and otel of sales increased. Quickly all necessary reports on results of activity of the company form".
