Interactive map of health care of the city

According to the Concept of creation of uniform state information systems in the field of health care (Order No. 364 of April 28, 2011), specialists SPb Medical information Centre State Healthcare Institution of Healthcare Committee of the Government of Saint Petersburg, SUE St. Petersburg Information and Analytical Center (SPb IAC) Committee on informatization and communication and Center of Space Researches group created the Interactive map for the population located in open access on the website gorzdrav.spb.ru as a part of a regional fragment of the IC in the field of health care of St. Petersburg.

The interactive map is intended for obtaining official information on health facilities in St. Petersburg, the reference information and also about service area and medical sections.

The Interaktivany card contains the following information:

• Network of the treatment and prevention facilities (TPF) of the city,
• ranged on classes, levels of medical care,
• The main reference information on more than 450 health facilities (registry,
• chief physician),
• Service areas of health facilities according to provided data from health facilities of 4 areas
• St. Petersburg (Admiralty, Vasileostrovsky, Resort,
• Kirovski)
• Medical sections of health facilities on 4 districts of St. Petersburg (Admiralty,
• Vasileostrovsky, Resort, Kirov)

In figure 1 the example of visualization of service area of health facilities in is shown. St. Petersburg with an output of the reference information on health facilities and its zone.

Thanks to flash-gadgets there is an opportunity to analyze the nearest clinics, substations of ambulance to the subway or to the address. Besides there is a web service for identification of the address of the house and its belonging to this or that medical section or service area of health facilities (fig. 2).

The service of Search of health facilities or Search of the address allows to adapt and look for quickly the nearest State Healthcare Institutions and drugstores on the map of the city St. Petersburg, provided by Committee on land resources and To land management of the Government of Saint Petersburg (KZRIZ) within interdepartmental Agreements.

Besides, separate service is developed for findings of the state medical organizations on the map of the city and orientation of net surfers of Information booths according to the map of the city using Touch Screen (fig. 3).

This solution is an integral part of a regional information system managements of health care (RISUZ) it can also be replicated on the subjects of the Russian Federation. In detail – on the website геопортал.РФ
