Automated information system of support of activity of the state and municipal departments regarding providing the public and municipal services in the territory of the Russian Federation (the AIS Gosuslugi, a System) is intended for automation of the basic administrative and managerial processes proceeding within providing the public and municipal services, and ensuring effective interaction in municipality and with the adjacent departments participating in provision of services.
Use of this system allows to provide:
- Interdepartmental interaction in electronic form through the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI);
- Inter-level interaction in electronic form through SIEI;
- Interdepartmental interaction in electronic form without the need for use SIEI;
- Execution of process of rendering municipal services;
- The legal importance of the made actions thanks to support of use of the electronic signature.
A system provides ability to integrate with elements of the regional infrastructure of the electronic government (RIEG): regional portal of the public and municipal services (RPGU), unified identification and authentication system (SIA).
