Galaktika of IT announces completion of implementation of the DIRECTUM ESM-system in JSC Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka. During the project work with the entering and outgoing correspondence and organizational and administrative documentation is automated.
JSC Arktikmorneftegazrazvedka ("AMNGR", Murmansk) is created in 1979 for the purpose of execution of works on search, exploration and development of oil and gas fields on the shelf of the Arctic seas of Russia. The main result of activity of the enterprise for last period is opening on the shelf of the Barents and Karsky seas of a new large source of raw materials of the oil and gas industry of Russia. Now "AMNGR" is the enterprise capable by own forces to provide accomplishment of a full range of sea exploration, including design, construction of wells, scientific processing of data retrieveds and stock counting.
For the purpose of optimization of internal business processes and gain of control of performing discipline the company management made the decision on workflow automation. Selection of an ECM system was carried out from the middle of 2011. The company analyzed a number of developments, and finally the choice was performed between DocsVision and DIRECTUM. The directorate of "AMNGR" gave the preference to DIRECTUM as more flexible system with a possibility of further development according to requirements of the company. The tender for selection of the contractor held at the end of 2011 was won by the certified partner of DIRECTUM – Galaktika of IT company.
To provide the user support of implementation, "AMNGR" created the group of specialists in DIRECTUM, having trained administrators and the system developer in the authorized training center based on Galaktika of IT.
The functionality of the Basic modules DIRECTUM and also business solutions "Classical office-work" and "Management of performance indicators" became a core of implementation. Their use allowed to automate work with the entering and outgoing correspondence, organizational and administrative documentation, to develop performance indicators on business processes for further carrying out the analysis.
Tasks of reduction of paper in document flow of the company and fall forward of entering of information in a system were solved thanks to services of input and information transform of DIRECTUM (DCTS). It facilitated transition to full electronic document management, reduced time spent for routine processing of the entering documentation.
Development and setup of the scenario of automatic mailing of reports on performing discipline for e-mail of employees became feature of an implementation project of DIRECTUM. So, information on the document, order, execution stage, completion dates and their transfers forms in the report. Weekly the report is sent to all contractors, in grouping on divisions: from heads of the first link to ordinary users.
Assigned tasks of implementation of EDMS were carried out at the scheduled time. Further the company management is going to develop a system, to automate processes of management of the tender documentation and to connect new users.
