At the beginning of 2011 the management "the Kliniko-diagnostichesky center "Zdorovye" made the decision on creation of own call center.
Main objectives were: unloading of traditional medical registries and creation of an alternative writing method on acceptance.
The hardware and software system Agat-Infinity from Weathervane Sale and AGATE-the Russian Technologies group became a core of the project. According to Nikolay Lisin, the leading specialist of information department, this system is selected thanks to wide functionality and reasonable cost.
As Nikolay Lisin notes, start of Agat-Infinity took place without any difficulties, yesterday's medical registrars quickly accustomed with the interface of the program and accelerated work.
"All functions of the Agat-Infinity complex were very demanded, at the same time the most noticeable role in quality improvement of service was played by functionality of a call recording and the interface of statistics. We obtained all data which can only be necessary for effective work, - he notes. – As the next step we considered ability to integrate a hardware and software system with the existing information systems.
Having carried out the small analysis, we saw that the specifics of acceptance of patients do a question of architecture of integration difficult as considerable extent of manual input validation of data in the mode of communication with the patient is required. The matter is still postponed though desire remains and Agat-Infinity gives for this purpose all tools".
Now the call center processes about three thousand calls to week, thereby solving a problem with congestion of registries.
According to Nikolay Lisin, increase in number of operator places is in the future planned and creation of the second platform on call processing in one of branches is supposed.
