The Unilever company starts operation of the new low-temperature terminal

BCC Group completed the project on creation of a power supply system of the low-temperature terminal and new factory of ice cream Inmarko of Unilever company.

Lighting

Illumination of low-temperature zones of the terminal is executed using devices with the gas discharge lamps providing working capacity and high reliability at a temperature to - 30C. The lamps installed in explosive zones have explosion-proof execution and completely meet all requirements of ISO. Calculations of illumination of premises were made according to corporate requirements of Unilever company.

Power supply

On the next stage of construction by ARIA company works on design and installation of a power supply system of new factory of ice cream were performed. Power supply of 10 kV of construction objects was executed from ZRU of 10 kV PS-110/10kv using the radial scheme of connection of transformer substations. For equipment RU-10kv by TP the equipment of Siemens with gas-insulated isolation is supplied and mounted. RU-0.4kv it is executed based on cabinets of SIVACON which are brought together on own production areas of BCC according to the license of Siemens. The distribution cabinets installed in administrative and household and production zones are executed based on the equipment Schneider Electric.

During the course of performance the general project specialists of ARIA build SCS network (based on the equipment Panduit), including installation of wireless access points of Wi-fi which provided a reliable communication in premises of production, laboratory, administrative services, and also special zones of operation (premises of a warehouse of cold products with a temperature to - 40C).
