The pilot solution based on Docsvision 5 for Skaygroup

Digital Design completed in June, 2012 the first implementation on the new platform of electronic document management Docsvision 5. Specialists of the company created processing system of requests for Skaygroup LLC by request of her partner "Subscriber IT".

Docsvision 5 differs in a user-friendly interface and powerful tools of development of solutions which creation and implementation does not require programming. The Management of Documents application intended for automation of conventional processes of office-work and entering basic edition of a system is essentially new tool created for the modern enterprise. The new version of the Docsvision 5 system was presented at the Docflow exhibition on May 15, 2012.

Alexey Arkharov, the director of the company "Subscriber IT", tells: Skaygroup is engaged in armoring of tickets for the railway and air transport. With respect thereto the company should work with a big flow of requests to which it is necessary to react timely. Lately the flow of clients of the company significantly increased, it became difficult to keep a work progress under control. The decision to implement a special system which would allow to automate acceptance and request processing was as a result made, saving time and resources of employees".

Within a month the implemented system will be tested by experts then, in case of successful results of check, start of the solution in trial operation is planned.
