The Apeks-Tatarstan company controls costs and the movement of materials on sporting venues of the Universiade using a new information system now. Transition to the new software product "BIT: Construction" took several weeks.


Due to the emergence in the market of more advanced software products the company decided to use one of them, to thereby improve and facilitate work of service of accounting using a new information system. From the considered versions of industry software products the solution "BIT became suitable: Construction" which developer is BIT company ("1C: Accounting and Trade").

Specialists of BIT from the Kazan division performed implementation of the software solution and data transfer and also provided user training. In a system 7 employees of service of accounting "Apex Tatarstan" work.

With transition on "BIT: Construction" the company received the following results:

  • Accounting of costs on objects
  • Process optimization of calculation of warranty deduction
  • Possibility of control of the movement of materials on storage locations
  • Convenient formation of the regulated reporting
