At KamAZ an ocean of plans concerning CIS and more than 7400 jobs under solutions 1C

According to Evgeny Nikitin, the head of project office of the Intelkom company which executed implementation originally was activity of General bookkeeping department JSC KAMAZ is automated. Today the information system of KAMAZ corporation includes:

• 1C: Accounting, Tax accounting and accounting according to IFRS
• 1C: Managerial and production accounting (STC)
• 1C: Consolidation (180 legal entities)
• 1C: Technical supervision (57 car centers across the Russian Federation work in uniform base on the Internet)
• 1C: Management and satellite monitoring by motor transport (on 700 cars)
• 1C: Treasury (refueling station, TFK)

Integration into the software products "1C: Consolidation 8", "1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8" is implemented; data loading from a PDM system and the GPS system is provided". Total quantity of users of all systems more than 20,000. In development plans for the KAMAZ production system - further increase in quantity of number of users of the 1C:Enterprise 8 program.

2013. The project proceeds

On February 18, 2013 the company contractor announced a new round of development of cooperation between the companies in a type the conclusion of the general agreement. Which expediency, according to the parties, in need of the solution of managerial tasks at the new technology and methodological level using an end-to-end information system.

Milestone

As a part of functionality of the information system unrolled for February 18, 2013 by the contractor on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform:

• Conducting managerial and production accounting, support of the KAMAZ production system regarding management of works. Allows to trace a chain from the order of each spare part before installation on the specific car. Observance of the specification of assembly is considered (including replacements of component parts by analogs). A system is implemented in JSC KAMAZ Scientific and technological center.
• Sales management of products. Covers all business implementation process: from precontractual work with the potential buyer and order placement before its accomplishment and bonus calculation to dealers. Provides sale of difficult mechanisms of settlement, including leasing, the commission, the mixed schemes, etc. The management system for service and a guarantee for all dealers is created (in a cloud service).
• Service management of the special purpose equipment. Provides management of maintenance of military equipment across all territory of the Russian Federation.
• In a system 57 car centers online work.
• Conducting accounting and tax accounting, reporting according to international standards. A system is implemented at the enterprises of a technology chain: JSC KAMAZ (Automobile plant, Press and frame plant, Plant of engines, Scientific and technical center, etc.), PZhDT LLC, Remdiesel Ltd, JSC KAMAZ-Energo, JSC TFK KAMAZ, VTK KAMAZ Ltd, Avtozapchast KAMAZ LLC.
• Cash management. A system is implemented in Avtozapchast KAMAZ LLC, JSC KAMAZ Trade Financial Company, is now replicated on other enterprises of a technology chain.
• Management of contract activities. Provides process of electronic approval of agreements, and then in an accounting system automatically controls execution of the terms of transaction recorded at approval. A system is implemented in KAMAZ Foreign Trade Company Ltd.
• Control of motor transport and satellite monitoring of moving objects. Provides planning, control, work accounting, cost accounting and profitability of use of motor transport. Satellite monitoring is completely integrated into the system of 1C. A system is implemented in the Logistic center JSC KAMAZ and JSC KAMAZ Scientific and technological center.
• Consolidation of data for accounting and management on group. Provides support of management of all subsidiaries, consolidation, processing and the analysis of their financial statements, implements multi-stage process of consolidation. In a system more than 150 legal entities work.

In total by the beginning of February, 2013 on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform in group of KAMAZ 7422 jobs are automated. Transaction costs were reduced, many business management processes and accounting are optimized, the labor input decreased and the efficiency of formation of the regulated and management reporting increased. For July, 2014 7565 jobs are automated.

Plans and perspectives

Within implementation of the Agreement of the party plan:

• cooperation for creation and development of effective management systems of KAMAZ group using solutions on the 1C: Enterprise platform, cost reduction and technological hazards at implementation of such systems due to use of experience and techniques of 1C Company.
• exchange of experience and project solutions on implementation of software products of 1C Company in mechanical engineering.
• carry out the project of complex control automation by production using the new software product "1C:MES Operational production management" within JSC KAMAZ scientific and technological center, prepare based on this project the standard solution for replication on production divisions of KAMAZ group.
