"E1 Euphrates" will be implemented in JSC Wolf Energy Solyushen

The Cognitive Technologies company signed the agreement on implementation of electronic document management based on robotic Business Process Management Suite and the documents "E1 Euphrates" with JSC Wolf Energy Solyushen.

The Wolf Energy Solyushen company specializes in release of the industrial boiler equipment. Having obtained the Russia's first exclusive license from the leading European manufacturer with almost fifty-year history in boiler building – the German concern WOLF GmbH, the company since 2008 releases the boiler equipment on the German and Russian technologies.

The large volume of technical documentation, production specifics and aspiration to conform to the European industry standards, put also high requirements and to document flow before the company. With respect thereto, the management of JSC Wolf Energy Solyushen made the decision on implementation at the enterprise of electronic document management. The choice "E1 Euphrates" was caused by presence at the system of broad functionality, convenient and the intuitive interface and also flexibility in setup and administration. Presence at Cognitive Technologies company of wealth of experience of implementation of electronic document management systems and business processes in production companies became additional benefit.

As a result of project implementation, in particular, it is going to automate process of registration of the entering and outgoing documents, to implement a possibility of differentiation of access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality and also to provide system control of execution of the instructions issued to employees.
