"Concert.Py" will unroll crucial applications in "cloud"

The Kontsert.Ru company carries out preparatory work on transfer of the main IT applications on cloud services of ActiveCloud by Softline company. Migration of IT infrastructure in CloudServer "cloud" is at the moment begun.

Project Task

At the moment Concert.Py actively develops: the number of branches and clients grows. With respect thereto load of the website concert.ru – the main instrument of sales and representation to the company on the Internet increased many times. The problem of a current status of infrastructure of the company is that the virtual hosting does not maintain high rates of attendance. Whereas for business which main activity – online sales, the round-the-clock resource availability and its capability to maintain any influx of visitors are very critical.

In the circumstances before specialists Concert.Py there was a task to find the new reliable platform which could cope with any loading differed in the increased fault tolerance and provided protection of user data at the online order when clients enter personal information. Also important requirement was the possibility of expansion of capacities without the need for replacement of the server hardware.

Having analyzed possible options, the company made the decision on transition to cloud infrastructure as the most full meeting the delivered requirements for availability, data protection and opportunities of flexible scalability. As the "cloud" platform the service of ActiveCloud by Softline company – CloudServer (IaaS) was selected.

Test

Specialists Concert.Py got test access to "cloud" of CloudServer from ActiveCloud and carried out installation of all necessary applications. At present already process of migration of a number of applications whereas in some directions testing of the platform for the purpose of comprehensive study of features of work of "cloud" service and an exception of emergence of errors in the course of further transition still continues began. In the nearest future Concert.Py is going to transfer the applications, most important for business, to "cloud".
