The TopS BI company completed the project on automation of purchasing activity in Eldorado network on the SAP SRM platform.

Task

"A project objective – the organization of transparent assessment procedure and choice of suppliers, use of a software support when forming requirements on purchase, carrying out tenders and auctions and also at signing of the contracts with suppliers and execution control. Also we were going to improve quality of the analytical reporting under purchases. The solution of all these business challenges was possible only using the integrated system of qualification of suppliers and tendering process.
