EDMS on the Docsvision platform in parent organization of SOLLERS holding

DocsVision and SOLLERS company signed the agreement on long-term cooperation in workflow automation of the enterprises entering into automobile holding in July, 2012. Within cooperation the electronic document management system of Docsvision is recommended for implementation at all enterprises of group as a single corporate platform for creation of EDMS for ensuring transparency of internal processes, increase in performing discipline and acceleration of lifecycle of organizational and administrative documents.

Implementation of EDMS on the Docsvision platform began in 2010 with parent organization of SOLLERS holding that became one more fact for benefit of the choice of this system for all production company assets. In particular, projects are already implemented at such enterprises as JSC Ulyanovsk Automobile Plant and JSC Zavolzhsky Motor Plant where the first stage of automation of office-work and organizational and administrative document flow based on the Docsvision system is completed.

Within the second stage, since March, 2012 on JSC UAZ the functional solution "Contract activities" developed based on a system that allowed to reduce time of approval of contractual documents twice was started. At the moment in a system several thousands of documents are registered already. Since August, 2012 implementation of functionality Contract activities on JSC Zavolzhsky Motor Plant and affiliated enterprises of JSC UAZ is planned.

Along with this project at one enterprise of the SOLLERS group located to Vladivostok there is a preproject inspection on implementation of EDMS on the Docsvision platform now.
