The system integrator "ABM Group" completed implementation at head office of the company of a system of the joint communications based on Microsoft Lync Server 2010 and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.

Background

Divisions of ABM Group company actively work with "cold" bases and densely interact among themselves, with respect thereto, the company management made the decision to unroll the system of corporate telephony, instant messaging and e-mail for optimization of work of employees and cost reduction on telephone negotiations.

Solution

Within implementation of effective objectives in the company Lync Server 2010 and Exchange Server 2010 which provided functioning of necessary services which treated were unrolled: exchange of Internet messages, audio-, video, and web conferences, system of online vote, general boards of discussions, exchange of e-mails, personal calendars, lists of a task, etc. For the organization of corporate communication, integration of Lync Server 2010 with a telephone network of the company is carried out that allowed to refuse use of analog automatic telephone exchange.
