Russian mortgage bank

CB Russian Mortgage Bank (LLC) is founded in 1992. Till 2009 the main (key) activity of Bank was mortgage housing lending (at the end of 2008 CB Russian Mortgage Bank (LLC) was among the Russian banks which were in the lead in the field of mortgage lending). Since 2009, the Bank adopted the new concept of development which main strategic objective is creation of universal multi-profile financial institution of the federal importance conforming to the national and international standards.

In November, 2018 the Bank of Russia revoked licenses for banking operations from   Russian Mortgage Bank commercial bank . Reported about it in the press service of the regulator.  In  November, 2018  in connection with  outflow of a considerable part of the customer base ( about 50% of means of legal entities) there was a sharp deterioration in a financial status  of CB Russian Mortgage Bank (LLC) connected with  acute shortage of liquidity. For  this reason the bank  was not capable to fulfill the obligations to clients timely. Thus, in  activity of credit institution there was a basis for implementation of measures for  warning of insolvency (bankruptcy) that demonstrated  existence of real threat to the interests of her  investors and  creditors.

The Bank of Russia repeatedly (3  times  within the last 12  months) applied  to  CB Russian Mortgage Bank (LLC) of a measure of supervising influence,  including introduced restrictions for  attraction of funds of individuals twice.
