CB Russian Mortgage Bank implements an electronic document management system based on the solution EOS for SharePoint, developments of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company. The greatest number of users of EOS for SharePoint make the organizations of the banking sector.
The interest of financial credit institutions in the solution EOS for SharePoint is explained by the fast-growing volume of current documents which influences processes both bek office, and front office functions of bank. Therefore the modern organization of business document flow allowing to support workflow is of particular importance and at the same time to aggregate data for the solution of strategic tasks of bank.
The solution EOS for SharePoint completely meets these requirements. A system allows to automate key business processes of the enterprise, in particular, the organization of the centralized storage of electronic documents, document flow (processing of the entering, outgoing and internal documents), preparation of draft documents, approval, vising and document approval. EOS for SharePoint provides processing of documents and forms, control and monitoring of execution of instructions and documents and daily work of users with documents, specific to the separate enterprise.
The project on implementation of EOS for SharePoint in "The Russian mortgage bank" took no more than three months and now is at a stage of test operation. In a work progress the following processes are automated:
- office: entering, entering from the Central Bank (CB), outgoing, proceeding in the Central Bank and also internal documents: orders and provisions;
- work with agreements;
- collecting and approval of documents for opening of the account.
At the first stage of the project about 40 jobs of a system are set.
It is in the long term going to use the Microsoft SharePoint platform for the organization of a corporate portal and to continue business process automation and work with other document types with own forces of IT service of the customer. It is possible thanks to flexibility of EOS for SharePoint and tools put in a system for any implementation of tasks.
