Globus-Telecom: Electronic justice

Globus-Telecom (subsidiary company of Rostelecom) presented in the summer of 2012 a hardware and software system of support of IT infrastructure of electronic justice in arbitration courts. The new solution was successfully implemented in the Tenth arbitration Court of Appeal.

The information and analytical complex contains the full-fledged tools allowing to manage IT infrastructure and basic processes of activity of arbitration courts. It is the hardware and software system "SKIT" and a subsystem "The interactive map of court".

"MONASTERY" consists of three modules. The module "Online-monitoring" controls operation of the network and server hardware, system and the application software.

The module of technical support "Service Desk" provides management of scheduled works, processes of upgrade and development of IT infrastructure of court and also the arising incidents and problems.

The module "Inventory of Resources of the Computer Network of Court" is intended for automatic information acquisition about hardware and the software of a computer hardware in courthouses, control of statuses of inventory objects, the organization of document flow (accounting of the equipment and licenses of the software).

The subsystem "The interactive map of court" allows heads to manage activity of judicial authority using iPad. The subsystem contains information on key indicators of work of court: statistics of telephone citizens' appeals and representatives of the organizations, information on observance of procedural terms, quality of judicial acts, results of hearing of cases, load of judges.

"Emergence of the new IT services facilitating legal proceedings processes requires reliability of their functioning. Our solution provides to users continuous availability of all a component of IT infrastructure of court and also helps to reveal and eliminate quickly failures in use of IT resources of any type", – the CIO Globus-Telecom Rybakov Sergey emphasized.
