Secret Net and APKSh "Continent" in executive authorities of Primorsky Krai

The made implementation of the program and hardware products Secret Net and APKSh "Continent" in executive authorities of Primorsky Krai allowed to execute personal data processing of citizens of Primorsky Krai according to requirements of the Russian legislation.

In executive authorities of Primorsky Krai more than 2000 automated jobs from which access for employees to personal data of citizens of the region, and about 300 automated jobs from which access to personal data processing is resolved constantly is required. The management of civil registration of Primorsky Krai which is among executive authorities of Primorsky Krai of the Russian Federation has 36 subordinated organizations located across all Primorsky Krai. Information containing and personal data of citizens, is constantly processed in the IC of the organization and also transferred between divisions on external communication channels (The Internet, e-mail). Thus, creation of an information system of personal data protection in infrastructure of this organization is obligatory.

For the data protection making personal data of citizens of Primorsky Krai the products Secret Net and APKSh "Continent" of development of Code of Security were selected from the IC of executive authorities of Primorsky Krai.

Specialists of CB-Bitronics company carried out a complex of works on implementing solutions of data protection and personal data.

For personal data protection to class K1 the solution Secret Net was inclusive implemented. The product Secret Net allowed to protect personal data from unauthorized access and to carry out additional authentication of users. The network option of the product Secret Net allowed to deploy the solution in complex domain network and to build a security server with hierarchy of subordination.

For a comprehensive protection of external transmission channels of communication the solution of APKSh "Continent" was implemented, the communication channel in internal network JSC Rostelecom is organized. APKSh "Continent" allowed to integrate local networks of the subordinated organizations and to create uniform VPN network.

Thus, solutions of Code of Security company Secret Net and APKSh "Continent" harmoniously formed basis ISPDN of Management of civil registration of Primorsky Krai and the subordinated organizations and allowed to organize work with personal data with observance of all state requirements.
