Project of upgrade of a security system of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation

The ISG company completed the last stage of works on creation of an end-to-end system of security of the building of Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation. The state customer selected the contractor on a competitive basis, the project was implemented in 4 stages in 12 months.

The integrated security system represents the complex of technical means and the software allowing to obtain the most complete information about the events which are taking place in the building of Accounts Chamber, to prevent unauthorized penetration into premises, to control working time of employees, to manage access to the building of visitors. Elements of a system equip all buildings through passage, automobile check points and the premises of a public reception.

Main objective of implementation of this system – increasing the level of security of staff of Accounts Chamber. Use of the ACS allowed to exclude a human factor at registration of the facts of passing through the check point of visitors and motor transport. Besides, the control and management system for access serves as the instrument of increase in level of labor discipline.

Within the project the ISG company implemented integration of the ACS with a video surveillance system of Accounts Chamber. As a result significantly the expanded video surveillance system works now "in a command", reacting to events in an access control system. Opportunities for increase in its sizes and expansion of functional characteristics in development and long-term operation are provided in the upgraded system, therefore, - it will not demand in the closest years of completion and replacement of the equipment.
