MFC of Khabarovsk Krai starts operation of the unrolled IT infrastructure

The LANIT-PARTNER company created IT infrastructure for MFC of Khabarovsk Krai - the first multifunction center of providing the public and municipal services.

Solution

Engineers LANIT-PARTNER built infrastructure of the center, implemented an e-queue system and equipped MFC building with a security system. Besides, in the building the local computer network was mounted.

Details

For optimization of management of flows of visitors and ensuring more comfortable reception of citizens the LANIT-PARTNER company implemented in MFC an e-queue system with the audio-and video notification. The visitor selects the necessary service on the booth registrar screen and automatically receives the coupon with personal number and other necessary information. A system automatically registers the visitor in an electronic queue and using the sound and video notification directs it to a window of the free operator.

The e-queue system has feedback function: each applicant can use the special panel for quality evaluation of work of the specific operator. In addition, in a system statistics on the most different criteria – to the operator, services, the number of requests, etc. forms.

Representatives LANIT-PARTNER mounted in MFC building a complex of systems for ensuring safe reception of citizens, among them there are warning systems, fire extinguishing, access control and video surveillance.
