Task

Increase in efficiency of activity of JSC TURGAI PETROLEUM and providing the management of the reliable tool for acceptance of modern management decisions on the basis of the full-scale analysis of activity of the enterprise.

Description of implementation

The implemented system is constructed based on SAP ERP 6.0 and includes the following basic functional modules:

• PM (TOPO) – Maintenance and repair of wells and other production facilities;
• MM – logistics and purchase of services, management of warehouses;
• PS – Project management;
• FI is accounting;
• CO is corporate controlling.

At the same time the main focus in ISU is placed on solutions for production. The standard solution IZA LOJL underwent significant changes. In particular, the chart of accounts of the Republic of Kazakhstan was taken as the basic. Also cost accounting of a unit of production was implemented and the business scenario "Accounting of Finished Goods" is developed.

Within the project the following events were planned for 2012 in JSC Turgai Petroleum:

• Formation of a complex of the normative and methodical documents defining an order of application of methodology "Planning on the basis of potential" (further - Pnop) in the Asset;
• Creation of new functionality of the information management system of the Asset:
  • Accomplishment of calculation of potential of production wells on the basis of the yielded technology modes, results of researches and characteristics of the field;
  • Ranging and selection of candidate wells for holding geological and technology actions;
  • Creation of elements of the plan of geological and technology actions;
  • Analysis of dynamics of production indicators of production wells for the period;
  • the Aggregated analysis of indicators on an arbitrary access of objects;
  • Formation of the procedural reporting provided by standards of Lukoil Oversiz Holding Ltd.

• Development of the document "Concept of development of information systems of the production block of JSC Turgai Petroleum for 2013-2015".

Result

Now in a system 200 users of the central office in Kyzylorda, office in Almaty, workshops of oil and gas production work at the field Kumkol. The existing business processes are brought into accord to standards of SAP and to the best world practices. A common information space for work of employees which saved the staff of the enterprise from repeated input of the same information and hand-written document creation is created. Now the company management obtains information on activity of the enterprise in real time for acceptance of operational management decisions.
