In Pechoraneft the document management system and tasks of TEZIS is implemented

In JSC Pechoraneft the document management system and tasks of TEZIS is implemented. Complex workflow automation and separate business processes of the company became a project objective.

JSC Pechoraneft works in the Timano-Pechorsky province. On a contribution to development of the Russian economy the company is included into the five of the most significant companies of the Nenets Autonomous Okrug. The concept of creation of business of the company includes oil production, development of fields and exploration works.

Since 2008 in JSC Pechoraneft the automated system of approval of agreements developed by specialists of HAULMONT company was used. The implementing solution THESIS became an obvious step of development of the solution which is effectively working in the organization before. Transition of document flow of the company to a new system took place within implementation of a single corporate platform of electronic document management for all divisions of the Alliance oil company which includes also JSC Pechoraneft. At the end of March, 2012 at the Pechoraneft enterprise commercial operation of a document management system and tasks of TEZIS began.

Project objective – complex automation of office-work and business processes of the company based on the all-corporate platform of electronic document management. Enter number of the main objectives which the THESIS system is designed to solve: decrease in labor costs, a possibility of quick access to local and external documents and also the organization of paperless document flow of JSC Pechoraneft with management company.

As a result of system implementation of TEZIS, in the organization, along with a possibility of fast approval of documents, control function is successfully implemented by tasks and instructions and also the office is automated.

"Most intensively, at the moment, in JSC Pechoraneft approval of agreements is used. The total amount of the documents registered in a system is about 9000. Along with it there is active mastering of the modules "control of performing discipline" and "optimization of office".
