Sukhoi Design Bureau (Oracle HRMS - Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM))

Oracle HCM represents a single system for human resources management and fulfillment of requirements of regional laws and regulations. Thanks to this solution of the organization have an opportunity to involve new employees, to train and develop personnel, to reveal and award the best employees, holding them in the company, increasing thereby overall performance.

In Sukhoi Design Bureau the first stage of the project of process automation of payroll and time keeping is completed. The project is executed within implementation of the third queue of the subsystem Personnel management entering the Information management system of experimental design bureau. The IBS Borlas company which is a part of IBS (file) was engaged in project implementation. The program for creation of the information management system based on Oracle E-Business Suite started in experimental design bureau in 2004. The subsystem Personnel management was implemented in the fall of 2006 on the basis of the module Human Resources Management System. In a subsystem basic functions of personnel management and also management of distance learning are implemented. At the current stage it was required to develop the managerial mechanisms providing payroll, a time recording, all settlement with personnel.

Within the project processes of charge and salary payment, time keeping, charge of the PIT and UST, formation of the internal and external reporting under salary and taxes are automated. For ensuring efficiency and quality of job order accounting integration of a subsystem Personnel management with the operating subsystem "Project management and contracts" is implemented.

A system covers such fields of activity of experimental design bureau as project management, by finance, personnel, purchases and stocks, production, document flow. Users of ISU are about 500 people. Development of an information and analytical system of the management of experimental design bureau is conducted.
