The Siberian scientific analytical center will work in Directum

For streamlining of routes of the movement of documents and automation of a contracted work the management of SibNATs made the decision on implementation of the DIRECTUM ESM-system. The choice was based on ample opportunities of functionality of a system. Works on implementation are carried out by the partner of DIRECTUM company – Tyumbit-ASU. For successful project implementation in "SibNATs" the working group into which entered was created:

• chief financial officer;
• deputy finance director;
• director of the general questions;
• chief accountant;
• chief of legal management;
• head of department of the property relations;
• manager of the sector of preparation of orders and orders;
• leading specialist of the sector of personnel office-work;
• assistant to the senior vice president.

During implementation processes of registration of correspondence, pronouncement of resolutions and control of execution of instructions are transferred to an electronic form. Also in a system all contracted work and approval of organizational and administrative documentation (orders, orders) will be conducted. Problems of implementation will be implemented using functionality of the Basic modules DIRECTUM and business solutions "Classical office-work" and Contract management.

Automation will concern the clerks and employees participating in a contracted work. Users from three remote divisions of the company will be able to work in a system through web access.

Start of EDMS in commercial operation is planned for the end of July, 2012. Further in plans automation of project management and integration with the accounting systems "Galaktika ERP" and 1C.
