Sherwood, trading house (Line of the Cosiness) (PiterSoft: Process management)

The PiterSoft company (file) completed transfer of Sherwood group on use of the solution "PiterSoft: Process management" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.1 platform.

Sherwood Group turns out own products under the Line of the Cosiness trademark and also Freud (cutting tool), Impress (facing materials), Henkel (glue technologies) is a distributor of SCM companies (machines and the equipment for producers of furniture). The company owns four separate furniture productions and also an extensive representative network.

In 2007 in the company the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system was implemented, however, according to the management, for ordering of activity of the enterprise and disposal of employees of routine work it was necessary to enter electronic document management and to completely automate business processes which provide the main production.

In November, 2007 the pilot project on automation of process management in the field of ensuring the main production, sales, customer service and management of warehouse transactions was begun. After job evaluation of a system on test base, in the company purchased licenses for 100 additional jobs of a product, and since July, 2008 to a system all staff of the enterprise has access.

The list of transactions which should be executed thanks to what employees have an opportunity to organize the work as an optimal image is provided to users. At change of regulations of work of the enterprise a system can be recustomized. All internal document flow is automated, collective use of documents and reference books is implemented, the systems of regulation and the notification are started.

Further in the company are going to automate management of other processes and also to customize the system of the process indicators allowing to estimate costs for accomplishment of processes.
