ELMA in the West Siberian commercial bank

In July, 2012 the ELMA company signed the agreement with one of the largest banks of the Ural Federal District JSC Zapsibkombank on delivery and system implementation of business process management.

Zapsibkombank offers all range of financial services inherent in any universal bank. Infrastructure of JSC Zapsibkombank is provided by 59 divisions (branches, additional offices, operational cash desks, etc.) located in the territory of the Tyumen region (including in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Area) and also branch in Moscow, operational office in Yekaterinburg.

The main objective of the project at the first stage – workflow automation in head division of Bank. Works on implementation are carried out together with partners – Tyumbit-ASU company and Flexible Technologies company.

Works with the organizational and administrative documentation and agreements entering - outgoing correspondence are conducted; there is a preparation for trial operation.

Already in the nearest future more than 2000 employees of the bank working in the ELMA system will fully be able to estimate systems capabilities, to increase efficiency, automating routine transactions and document flow. The management will have an opportunity to receive any reporting, to control accomplishment of tasks and processes.

The ELMA company and JSC Zapsibkombank will continue cooperation in development of a system both regarding scaling, and regarding expansion of functionality.
