Promenergoservice of KZ (ELMA: management system of business processes and electronic document management)

System implementation of business process management of ELMA in Promenergoservice of KZ company which is a wholesale supplier of oil products is successfully complete, for needs of consumers of domestic market of Kazakhstan and enters into Silk Way group.

Within an implementation project of the ELMA software product in Promenergoservice of KZ LLP the broad spectrum of works was executed. First, installation and setup of a system is made, user training on work with a system and the administrator on setup of document flow and business process modeling in the designer of the ELMA system is provided. Secondly, basic modules of Task and Calendar are implemented, and integration of a system about "1C: Enterprise" is made.

Works on setup of electronic document management and office were performed. It allowed to refuse almost completely work with paper documents, to increase control and speed of work, to reduce terms of preparation and approval of documents, to provide their centralized storage and convenient search. In the first months of work the level of transparency of processes of document flow and interaction of personnel of the company considerably increased. Within a stage of setup of electronic document management the nomenclature of affairs was created, the document types which are subject to registration in a system are described, the storage of documents is configured, routes of documents are created.

Also work of the main processes of the company was automated: "Import of oil products", Acquisition of OS, "Payment to suppliers and issue of money on receipt".
