Gazprom neftekhim Salavat upgrades the ERP solution with participation of SAP

The SAP CIS company implemented the project for JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat in the form of a new corporate information system of ERP based on SAP.

Solution

A system was started in short, according to integrators, time - five months. Implementation is carried out by division of SAP Consulting.

Upgraded version of ERP replaced previous which JSC Gazprom neftekhim Salavat used for a row of years. The functionality of a system is updated, are added: production management, quality management, planning and budgeting, tax accounting, real estate administration, transport logistics are also considerably expanded a system capability which allows to provide timely a solid data to the management of the enterprise for acceptance of management decisions.

Thanks to updates work of staff of the company considerably became simpler, expenses were cut down, and the efficiency of business processes increased.

"The project is successfully implemented, and now we can see all pluses of this innovation in practice. Possibly, most important is an absolute scope accounting, and from here and transparency of all transactions, reduction of risk of errors and, of course, decrease in labor input. For example, a system allows to monitor all processes of productions, economists can do comparisons and carry out the analysis.
