Specialists of Inform Active company carried out automation of personnel records of the Non-profit Partnership (NPP) "The interregional organization "Consolidation of the Architectural and Project Organizations" using implementation of standard multifunction program 1C ZUP 8. As a result of implementation of 1C Salary and personnel management 8 in the Interregional organization automated management of HR department and settlings with personnel.

Non-commercial partnership the Interregional self-regulatory organization "Consolidation of the Architectural and Project Organizations" (in abbreviated form NP SRO-P-008) performs works on preparation of the project documentation of objects of capital construction, including especially dangerous and technically difficult objects, including:

  • reconstruction of historical buildings and constructions;
  • complex design of residential and civil objects;
  • designer's service of construction accomplishment;
  • accomplishment of functions of the general designer.

The 1C: Payroll and HR Management 8 program (1C ZUP 8) allows to work on personnel management at once of several companies or individual entrepreneurs who are united in one holding therefore this product and was selected by the management of NP SRO-P-008 for automation of registration of personnel and payroll of non-profit organization.

Works on implementation of 1C ZUP 8 in NP SRO-P-008B process of implementation of 1C ZUP the 8th specialists of Inform Active performed the following works:

  • Delivery of software products in office of the customer;
  • Software installation on the customer's computers;
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule;
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;
  • Connection of a specialized retail store equipment;
  • Integration with earlier installed system of 1C Enterprise accounting 8;
  • Individual training at office of the customer.

Implementation of the Salary configuration 1C and personnel management helped to automate the following processes in the organization:

  • Personnel records;
  • Payroll calculation;

  • Personnel recruitment;
  • Analysis of personnel structure;

Post-project maintenance of the client

  • Preferential support of 1C of ITS is issued (for the first 3/6 months since the beginning of operation of 1C: Enterprise of PROF version);
  • Paid agreement 1C of ITS is issued;
  • Delivery and installation of the delivery of ITS to a workplace of the user is monthly performed;
  • The Internet version of ITS and Internet services of ITS is used;
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with programs 1C is performed;
  • Training in work with an information system of ITS is made;
  • Monthly acquaintance of users with new materials of the ITS PROF is made;
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed;
  • Setup and check of access to the website of user support users.v8.1c.ru is made;
  • Updating 1C of the platform and standard programs 1C: Enterprise, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made;
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed;
  • Setup and check of access to the Internet version of ITS and to Internet services of Inform Active is made: Ask a question about 1C, Ask a question of 1C to the auditor;
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products 1C is performed.
