In Stroymarket shop the trade automation HSS is implemented

The ClientSoft company automated shop of construction and finishing materialovstroymarkt.

Tasks

When choosing the automation system, for the Customer it was important to select the suitable software which will allow to automate work of shop taking into account specifics of trade in building materials. The ClientSoft company offered a hardware and software system based on a specialized software for automation of shops of the DIY format ("Make itself") "1C: Retail 8. Shop of construction and finishing materials".

Solution

Works on automation were performed in parallel with construction of shop. Within the project specialists ClientSoft performed the following works:

• Demonstration of opportunities of a hardware and software system in the territory of the Customer, consultations on equipment selection and software, approval of the scheme of conducting commodity accounting of construction and finishing materials;
• Delivery of a retail store equipment, personal computers, the server and the software for automation of jobs in shop;
• Installation and basic setup of a retail store equipment and the software in workplaces of cashiers, merchandisers, accountants;
• Installation and setup of a data collection terminal (automated workplace of the merchandiser);
• Setup of templates of the label (the label for a sticker on goods, the price label for a trading floor, the label for cells in a warehouse);
• Setup of a template of the fiscal check with an output of number of a store cell of goods in a warehouse and the indication of information on the seller;
• Consulting services in work with "1C: Retail 8. Shop of construction and finishing materials" and retail store equipment.

Result

As a result of automation system implementation the Customer received the reliable management tool and control over a goods turnover and cash flow.
