The Avtotreker system at the plant of cement production Bekabadtsement

The Bekabadtsement enterprise locates the large vehicle fleet numbering over 100 units of cargo transport and special equipment of different function. A number of key processes of the enterprise, including raw materials supply depends on efficiency of use of this equipment. To increase this efficiency of JSC Bekabadtsement started implementation of a modern system of satellite monitoring of transport. In May, 2012 the tender which showed that by the opportunities the Avtotreker system exceeded the competing solutions was held. The choice of the solution was influenced by also price policy of RNT assuming carrying out a long pilot project without contract value addition and also reputation which RNT and its Avtotreker system deserved on other large enterprise of the industry – JSC Akhangarantsement (treats EVROTSEMENT-Group Holding).

The Avtotreker system had to provide the management and service of the mode of JSC Bekabadtsement of reliable and timely information about work of the transport park. And these data had to become a basis for an alerting system and suppression of plunders of fuel and also the systems of prevention of such violations and educational work with drivers. Let's note that because of big remoteness of the main production from places of extraction of raw materials the problem of fuel dump is exclusively relevant for the customer. So, limestone and other raw materials for production of cement are delivered from the pits which are at distance about 200 km – in the Jizzakh and Syr Darya regions.

Within the project more than twenty units of the different equipment were connected to the Avtotreker system: heavy-load HOWO ZZ 3257 dump trucks and "KRAZ 65055", Xiaxiang CXX 958-1 front-end loaders, locomotives of TEM 2, Hitachi ZAXIS 450-3 excavator. Let's note that the scope in this project practically of all means of transport and special equipment which are available in JSC Bekabadtsement allows to receive all necessary estimates of economy further to optimize the plan of connection to the system of all vehicle fleet.

Cooperation with JSC RNT and DP "G4S Security Services Uzbekistan" (the official dealer of JSC RNT in the Republic of Uzbekistan) led to the planned purpose. Now we will compare real fuel consumption on different types of the equipment this year and a year before then we will determine parameters of the project on connection to a monitoring system of other equipment".
