TM:MIS

Medical information system "TM: MIS" is intended for complex automation of activity of personnel of the treatment and prevention facilities including stationary and out-patient and polyclinic divisions. A system integrates in one base functionality of two systems — "TM: Health" and "TM: Hospital".

On July 23, 2012 the SofTrust company completed the works on development of automated information system — integration of a software package "TM: MIS" with federal service "Electronic Making An Appointment with the Doctor".

Users of a system

• patients;

The main objective solved by the developed system is automation of activity of the medical organizations regarding ensuring the making an appointment with the doctor and service of patients implemented in electronic form including:

• Providing a recording capability on acceptance (consultation, diagnostics) by employees of registries (doctors) both in one medical organization, and in narrow-purpose medical institutions and to specialists of other medical organizations.
• Accounting of cases of the address of the patient, including registration of the facts of opening, closing of a case and result of the address.
• Providing the statement of recipes within the Order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of February 12, 2007 N 110 "About an order of appointment and invoicing of medicines, products of medical appointment and specialized products of clinical nutrition".
• The organization of accounting of sick-lists according to requirements of the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of the Russian Federation of 6/29/2011 N of 624 N "About the statement of the Order of issue of leaves of disability".
• Possibility of obtaining statistical and reporting documents.

A system is developed on the basis of web technologies and can function as on a centralized basis - at the level of the data processing center (DPC), and at the level of the medical organization by deployment of the local Web server and providing access for the authorized medical personnel of other medical organizations.

A system is based and uses for data storage about the provided medical care and the accompanying information the database of a software package "TM: MIS", functioning in the medical organizations of the Omsk region.

TM:MIS. Integration with PACS

The modern medical information system should provide access to all diagnostic data of the patient from any workplace of the doctor.

The archive of medical images (PACS) represents the tool for archive storage and providing access to medical images. The PACS archive provides a possibility of preserving of information on the patient, his researches, series of images and also a possibility of obtaining similar information on a request from health facilities.

In structure "TM: MIS" is included the new module "Integration with PACS" which allows to connect external PACS solutions to a system. "TM: MIS" sends requests to PACS, accepts medical images and protocols of diagnostic testings of the patient according to the DICOM standard.

The integration module with PACS allows to implement the following functions:

• registration and direction of patients for researches;
• search and image acquisition from medical archive;
• sending images to medical archive;
• viewing results of medical researches in a workplace of the doctor;
• maintaining the protocol of diagnostic testing in the medical record of the patient;
• accounting of the rendered medical services and formation of the corresponding reporting.
