"The Pharm empire" licenses the software of Microsoft for three years

The COMPAREX company signed the agreement with the largest supplier of medicines and the equipment "Imperiya-Pharma" on delivery of the software of Microsoft according to the program of corporate licensing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription (EAS).

The company management of "Imperiya-Pharma" set a goal not only to license, but also to manage effectively software licenses, i.e. to be sure of rational use of the available software products, to minimize legal risks and to reduce total cost of ownership software. Being a LAR-Microsoft partner and having wide experience according to the conclusion of license agreements, COMPAREX company and the largest pharmaceutical distributor of Russia "Imperiya-Pharma" signed the three-year delivery contract of the corporate licenses Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription.

As a result of conclusion of an agreement the customer can not only perform the procedure of complex licensing of the used software and also standardize and optimize with its help production and business processes of the company. During operation of the agreement of Imperiya-Pharma company the packet of additional free services according to the Software Assurance program — training in the certified training centers, technical support of server products, the right to use Office on the home PC, a subscription to TechNet Plus and many other things will be provided.

According to the program of licensing Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription the software of Microsoft is transferred to temporary use for a period of three years after which "Imperiya-Pharma" or will redeem these licenses, or will issue the similar agreement for the following term.
