The BioLink Solutions company jointly of co the partner announced Depo Computers in July, 2012 implementation of a biometric system of accounting of working time and access control of BioTime at head office and 18 shops of network of the Cameo jewelry.
The guarantee of progress of any company is connected with creation of effective business processes, and accurate accounting of working time of employees is one of foreground processes in the industry of network retail where the wages fund, as a rule, is the most part of expenses of the company, says BioLink. For search of an optimal solution and technology of the integrated system of accounting of working time and access control the company management Kameya addressed Depo Computers. After requirement analysis of the customer and offers in the market became obvious that use of biometrics will become an optimal solution for Kameya network.
Within the project the network version of the biometric BioLink BioTime system is set at head office and 18 shops of Kameya network. Today the total quantity of the employees registered in a system makes 230 people.
At each office the new biometric BioLink — FingerPass EX terminals having the metal body of the increased durability, the fingerprint scanner and the reader of proximity cards are installed. After touch to the optical scanner of the BioLink FingerPass EX terminal the BioTime system instantly enters data on arrival or departure of the employee from salon in memory. On the basis of these data a system automatically creates reports on each employee of the company.
The BioTime system has the centralized structure, data on a worked time in all shops are synchronized with the central office thanks to the BioTime Remote Server component. Thus, now the leadership team Cameo does not need to understand who and when passed the working day, or was late, for example, for an hour. All this information is stored in a system, it is processed automatically and issues the necessary report, including the reason of the admission or delay, noted in BioLink.
In general the biometric BioTime system provided to Kameya network a number of opportunities. So, the time recording is completely automated and centralized. The company management has exact, up-to-date and comprehensive information on how each of workers observes labor discipline.
