In hotel of Hilton network the Russian solution of reporting is implemented

The West Concept company began the project on system implementation 1C: Consolidation in Doubletree by Hilton Novosibirsk hotel.

Goal

The company management is faced by a task – to prepare the management reporting according to standards of USALI (The Uniform System of Accounts for the Lodging Industry).

Solution

1C system: Consolidation, according to the parties, in the best way considers specifics of a situation: collecting of necessary data from different information systems and formation on their basis of the management reporting according to standards of USALI. The solution allows to perform necessary for this purpose for integration with already used systems and also gives an opportunity of remote web access that allows employees both at the central office, and in branches to work with all budgets in uniform information base.

In a project deliverable management accounting and budgeting will be automated.
