The Sayner LLC company signed the agreement on development of a corporate information system of management of maintenance and repair of the equipment (KISU of TORO) in JSC IDGC of Siberia. As a technology platform the SAP solution ERP is used. Record about it was published in the corporate blog of integrator on October 17, 2012.

According to result of open competitive negotiations with a prequalification, right to contract about accomplishment of technology works for JSC IDGC of Siberia was acquired by Sayner company.
Objectives
On October 9, 2012 Sayner LLC signs the agreement on accomplishment of technology works on development of a corporate information system of management of maintenance and repair of the equipment based on SAP ERP for needs of JSC IDGC of Siberia.
The purpose of development of KISU of TORO - optimization and streamlining of business processes of the company, increase in qualitative level of the main and auxiliary areas of production business activities, a possibility to heads of all levels of the company to receive the operational and authentic reporting on a current status of the equipment for decision making on operation in a production cycle.
Main objective of the project is improvement of process of management of maintenance and repair of the equipment of JSC IDGC of Siberia using the best practice of business process integration and modern information technological solutions which perform the complex and integrated support of activity of divisions of the company. Before implementation in the power company there were separate databases which were not allowing to estimate objectively a condition of equipment and to define expediency of repair work.
Project implementation allowed to create the uniform centralized structure – Command center production assets and also to automate planning of the repair program of the enterprise.
A system at the same time in all branches of JSC "IDGC of Siberia" was implemented. Within the project were performed creation of network topology - accounting of technical objects, certification of the equipment, scheduling and automation of investigations of technology violations, accounting of a condition of equipment, accounting of actual costs on repairs and maintenance of the power grid equipment and preparation of technical specifications on development of the system of management of power grid assets ([Enterprise Asset Management] - EAM) for automation of calculation of a status and effects of hardware failures.
The choice of the IT company which should carry out transformation and process automation took place within the open competition. Following the results the Sayner company was recognized the winner ("Sistematika Group). The tender committee considered positive experience of the company in respect of implementation of the similar systems on large enterprises of a distribution electric grid of Russia.
25 consultants together with the staff of department of information technologies of JSC IDGC of Siberia took part in project implementation. Thanks to their accurate, harmonious actions all works were performed qualitatively and in time. Consultants provided training more than 1500 employees of JSC IDGC of Siberia. Users entered 9.6 million technical places reflecting structures of technical objects, and 6.5 million items of equipment in the single database. Power engineering specialists of JSC IDGC of Siberia should update regularly existing base and to provide timely entering in it the current data.
"A system will allow to optimize further operating costs and to reduce damage from a nedootpusk of the electric power", - the deputy CEO for technical issues - the chief engineer of JSC IDGC of Siberia Evgeny Mitkin emphasized. - The production efficiency, justification of repair work and transparency of material flows will increase. Besides, implementation of a subsystem "Maintenance and repair of the equipment" will favorably affect quality of repairs which influences both duration of lifecycle of the equipment, and reliability of power supply of consumers. At the same time time of shutdown of the equipment will considerably be reduced. Planning of the repair program, optimization of the modes of networks and managements of repair crews, according to Evgeny Mitkin, will allow to conduct work in a new way and to exempt personnel from an unskilled labor.
The associate director on information technologies - the head of the department of information technologies of JSC IDGC of Siberia Naumov Dmitry, in turn, noted: "Automation not only requires bigger discipline, but also helps everyone to organize the work optimum. The accurate schedule promotes that the volume of unplanned works is considerably reduced. We could implement the project of technology difficult IT solution thanks to professionalism of our employees and, of course, harmonious work of a team of the contractor".
