The representative office of Horze Russia begins deployment of the ERP solution according to standards of the Russian Federation

The Russian representative office of the producer of ammunition and equipment for equestrian sport of Horze Russia automates financial accounting based on Microsoft Dynamics AX according to requirements of the Russian legislation and corporate standards. The project is international and is implemented together with GMCS.

Project and expectations

Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX is performed within replication of the uniform global application which is used by Horze for management of the retail network and the warehouses located in Holland, Finland and the USA. Wilhelm Neumueller, the CEO of Horze Russia tells about premises of the project and its value for business of Horze in Russia: "Due to business development, in particular construction of a new warehouse complex in Russia, before us there was a problem of control automation by the company based on corporate solution. The implemented project will allow us to be integrated fully into the single corporate system of management of Horze having an extensive network of representations in different regions of the world and also to pass to a single platform for preparation of the corporate reporting".

Automation in Microsoft Dynamics AX of accounting and tax accounting, including conducting all necessary accounting procedures, formation of a financial result, preparation of obligatory accounting records and collecting of necessary data for preparation of the reporting in corporate standards will become a project deliverable.

Participation of integrator

The GMCS company is attracted to automation in a business and tax accounting system according to requirements of the Russian legislation and features of the international functionality of the system used by Horze. Work on the project is performed together with the international team of the customer.
