The agro-industrial group "Dairy product" automates document flow

The agropro-group has holding structure and has a wide branch network and affiliated enterprises therefore priority tasks became the centralized conducting document flow, maintaining the structured archive of documents, control of flows of the entering / outgoing correspondence, and also gain of control of performing discipline and execution of instructions according to documentation.

Quality improvement of management of the organization and process optimization of document flow became main objectives of implementation. The following processes on work with documents were configured: a route of the incoming letter (entering of the document, sending for consideration, purpose of the back according to the document, acquaintance); approval of the agreement (creation of the document, parallel approval by a group of persons, signing). "The agro-industrial group "Dairy product" is interested in further cooperation with EleWise company. Scaling of a system is planned.
