The T-Platforms company announced the solutions existing in High-tech scientific research institute of inorganic materials of a name of the academician A.A. Bochvar (joint stock company "VNIINM).
Background
The solution of materials research and technology tasks within these programs provides JSC VNIINM - the multi-profile research institute of ROSATOM State Corporation specializing in development of materials for fissile regions of the nuclear and thermonuclear equipment and products from them. The unique experimental and technology base of Institute allows to perform all research complex and Research and Development: from basic scientific research before development of technologies and production of pilot and trial batches of materials and products.
Use of the supercomputer of T-Plaftormy company allows scientists of JSC VNIINM to conduct most effectively researches of structural and functional properties of materials on micro, nano - meso - and macrolevels.
Using the supercomputer also reveal the key factors defining functional properties of materials and products and also calculate nuclear physical properties of materials, it is long the different energy spectrums irradiated by neutrons. Results of these researches allow to create and to constantly fill up bases of the estimated data in support of creation of new materials with required functional properties.
Opinion
"Knowledge-energy-materials" - a basis of scientific and technical level and progress of any country and the defining basis of a civilization and the Russian nation in general. The efficiency and world competitiveness of the innovation reactors depend, first of all, on conversion efficiency in them nuclear and thermo nuclear energy in other types of energy, their resource and environmental friendliness.
