The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project of automation of personnel records and payroll in GBUZ Oblastnoy onkologichesky dispanser.
Start
Earlier own program was applied to conducting personnel records and payroll in a clinic. A system was not rather convenient in use, there was no opportunity to create analytical reports. Also the program did not consider specifics of payroll in medical institutions, in particular did not allow to keep account of employees on qualification levels and professional groups. Allowances, awards and other employee benefits taking into account the raising coefficients, increase percent for harm, etc. it was necessary to calculate manually. It required considerable time and labor costs, often led to errors in accounting. Besides, there was no possibility of automatic formation of the regulated reporting, references, codes, reports.

Solution
In two months specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade installed (BIT) and configured a system, organized data transfer from earlier used program and provided user training.
A system allowed to keep account of employees on the professional grades proceeding from posts and individual indicators (discharges, categories, divisions, etc.). The salary taking into account salaries, coefficients of qualification levels and groups, extra work and the related surcharges is calculated automatically. Remuneration, including all allowances and awards, is paid to employees in time and in the correct amounts. Reports for the management form online. The management had an opportunity to quickly control justification of employee benefits and to predict future expenses. Operating control of presence at specialists of appropriate certificates and admissions to work with narcotic substances is adjusted. If end of validity period of this or that certificate approaches, the program creates the corresponding warning. It allows the management of a clinic to plan timely recertification and advanced training of the employees, supporting the high professional grade of personnel.

The program allowed to automate accounting of personnel on professional qualification grades and groups, to keep account of certificates, to control wage fund and its changes. "Errors at payroll are excluded. Employees timely earn a fair reward for the work", - she emphasized.
