According to Andrey Bikeev, thanks to the simplicity the solution Infinity was implemented in the existing system as soon as possible and joined from IP-ATC Asterisk working at that time.

As representatives of City-call note, the most popular functions are: statistics of calls which allows to browse very in detail employment of operators, their load, to control breaks of operators and to listen to a call recording; an opportunity to display to the operator the WEB CARD, with support of Active X technology; IVR – due to the visualization, simplicity and functionality.

At the moment City-call is used more than 150 different IVR scenarios for more than 80 organizations for all Russia. All telephony of the company is started in several Russian cities on Infinity use, whether it be stationary IP phones or softphones. Daily more than 200 operators work at this software.
