GSS Engineering automates document flow with ELMA

In July, 2012 specialists of EleWise company started system implementation of ELMA in GSS Engineering company. The contract organization 'GSS Engineering' provides complex approach in implementation of construction projects of different function. The range of services, offered by the company, includes ensuring all processes of installation and construction works and complex equipping of an object with engineering infrastructure.

Thanks to the accumulated experience and knowledge, a competent management system, the improved partner relations the GSS Engineering company implements construction projects across all territory of the Russian Federation. 3 branches of the company in Moscow, Sochi, Nizhnekamsk are open. Staff of the company more than 1000 people.

The innovation approach of the company promotes implementation of the last achievements not only in the field of engineering and the planned organization of construction production at all stages of project implementation, but also in the field of management of internal processes of the company and workflow automation. The start of an implementation project of Business Process Management Suite of ELMA in July, 2012 demonstrates to it. Consolidation of all branches and divisions in a common information space became a main objective of implementation in the company of the ELMA system.

The first stage is expected 4 months and the centralized conducting document flow, maintaining the structured archive of documents, control of flows of the entering / outgoing correspondence, and also gain of control of performing discipline and execution of instructions according to documentation became priority tasks. Special attention is paid to legal documents and processes of their approval.

Today setup of a system and work on automation of internal processes and also processes according to documents in the Moscow representative office is already made.

Further according to the plan of works of the first stage integration into the 1C: Enterprise program will be made. Also integration with Google services, namely with e-mail Gmail and service of online office is planned, it will become a new round of development of integration of the ELMA system into different applications.
